Seven-stage flow

  3. Due diligence

    Legal, technical and financial review with an institutional checklist and document trail.

  4. Refurbishment

    Capex design, contracting and site control to maximise value and reduce risk.

  5. Operation

    Letting or operation per thesis, with occupancy, rent and cost KPIs.

  6. Reporting

    Clear periodic updates: project status, cash flow and comparables.

  7. Exit or reinvestment

    Liquidity plan, divestment options or roll-over to new opportunities.
